Automatic Disk Filters
Automatic disk filters are high-precision filtration systems that retain suspended solids, sand, organic matter, and other particulates in water and feature a self-cleaning mechanism.
Filtration occurs on the microscopic grooves of plastic or stainless-steel disks.
When a preset pressure differential is reached, the system initiates automatic backwashing to clean the filter elements.
Advantages:
- Continuous operation with automatic backwash
- High filtration accuracy (5–200 microns)
- Low water and energy consumption
- Modular design for scalable capacity
Applications:
- Agricultural irrigation systems
- Industrial process water
- Greywater and rainwater treatment
- Pre-protection for sand and carbon filters
Automatic disk filters provide an efficient and sustainable solution with minimal maintenance needs.
